PANDEMIC PROTECTION INSURANCE COVERAGE ADDED TO EXPORT LIST

Nevada Division of Insurance Commissioner Richardson has approved the request to add Pandemic Protection Insurance to the NSLA Export List.
Multiple insurance companies have declined this exposure and there has been much litigation arising from the COVID-19 pandemic that has largely resulted in a denial of coverage from admitted carriers. The coverage includes:
