To clarify the reminder posted on December 1, 2025, and pertaining to the “within 90 days” subclause of NRS 685A.050, transactions that have been tagged by NSLA then corrected and resubmitted past the 90-day period will also automatically be marked as a late filing and be assessed a $50 late filing fee.
